DigitalGlobe Lowered to Hold at Benchmark Co. (DGI)

DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) was downgraded by investment analysts at Benchmark Co. from a “buy” rating to a “hold” rating in a note issued to investors on Thursday. They currently have a $27.00 target price on the stock, down from their previous target price of $30.00.

DigitalGlobe opened at 29.42 on Thursday. DigitalGlobe has a 52-week low of $11.61 and a 52-week high of $30.50. The stock’s 50-day moving average is currently $27.81. The company has a market cap of $2.167 billion and a price-to-earnings ratio of 35.02.

DigitalGlobe last posted its quarterly earnings results on Tuesday, February 26th. The company reported $0.36 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, beating the consensus estimate of $0.28 by $0.08. Finally, analysts at Jefferies Group raised their price target on shares of DigitalGlobe from $32.00 to $36.00 in a research note to investors on Thursday, February 7th. They now have a “buy” rating on the stock.

Six analysts have rated the stock with a buy rating, three have issued a hold rating, and one has assigned an underweight rating to the company’s stock. DigitalGlobe presently has an average rating of “overweight” and an average target price of $29.94.
