Artis Real Estate Investment Trust Receives Sector Outperform Rating from CIBC (AX.UN)

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE: AX.UN)‘s stock had its “sector outperform” rating reiterated by investment analysts at CIBC in a note issued to investors on Tuesday.

A number of other firms have also recently commented on AX.UN. Analysts at Scotiabank raised their price target on shares of Artis Real Estate Investment Trust from $17.25 to $17.50 in a research note to investors on Monday. Separately, analysts at RBC Capital cut their price target on shares of Artis Real Estate Investment Trust from $18.50 to $18.00 in a research note to investors on Monday. They now have a “sector perform” rating on the stock. Finally, analysts at National Bank Financial reiterated an “outperform” rating on shares of Artis Real Estate Investment Trust in a research note to investors on Monday.

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (Artis) is an open-end real estate investment trust. The Company invests in commercial (retail, office and industrial) properties in Canada and the United States.
