Colorado Shooting Suspect Charged On Monday
James Holmes, the accused shooter at the Aurora, Colorado cinema, appeared in court on Monday to hear formal charges against him. Holmes has been charged with a total of 24 counts of first degree murder after his shooting spree killed 12 and left another 58 injured some critically. Prosecutors also charged him with 116 counts of attempted murder.
