John Chick could miss Jaguars game in Houston
JACKSONVILLE — Jaguars defensive end John Chick, the former CFL star who has two sacks in four games this year in a reserve role, could miss Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.

Mike Sims-Walker headed back to Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE — It appears Mike Sims-Walker’s exile following the 2010 NFL season was short lived. The talented, but often-injured receiver appears to be making his way back to Jacksonville after being cut by the Rams Monday.
Sims-Walker’s best season came in 2009, when he caught 63 passes for 869 yards and 7 touchdowns. In 2010, he only caught 43 balls but still added 7 touchdowns.

Report: Rashean Mathis on the trading block
JACKSONVILLE — Peter King of CNN-SI tweeted yesterday that Jaguars cornerback Rashean Mathis could be on the trading block. Mathis, the Jaguars all-time interception leader, was drafted by the team in 2003. He and Greg Jones are the only Jaguars originally brought in by Del Rio that are still on the club’s roster.
Mathis made the Pro Bowl in 2006 after a stellar campaign with eight interceptions....
